Proper RDL Form?

When I do RDLs I mostly feel it in the lower part of my hamstring, but very little in the upper or glutes.
Does anyone have any experience with this or can tell me where my form is off?

push back with the glute and hips and keep them tense through the entire movement. No way to dissect your form based on the info you gave but its possible you’re lowering the weight using too much lower back
