In that new article, on new bicep exercises, the first one with the standing barbell curls. I’m trying to use perfect form like that for barbell curls, elbows glued to the sides, not moving at all, and no momentum involved. Surely i had to decrease the weight but i feel its for the better now that the form is better and your actually working the biceps better. One question though, in the second picture where it shows the finishing of the curl, thats the farthest up you should go right? i mean since you cant move your elbows you can only curl about up to your chest area. So in otherwords the second picture is what the result of what the curl should be? thanks.
