IMHO, having experienced people comment on your form or tweak it a little here and there can make a big difference in terms of making gains and/or staying injury free.
I searched and didnâ??t see a thread where vids/pics were posted for feedback. As most people learn better with pics/videos, I think it will benefit all of us
To start things off, below is a vid of me doing the IH press as described by C_C. I have read how he explains it and I still am not sure if I am doing it the way it is meant. Any feedback would be great. To me it feels no different than a CGBP with tucked elbows.
