Anyone here practice proper food combining or is it a waste. I’m not sure there’s enough evidence that it’s necessary. Here’s a link to the article.

According to one book I read, the author states something along the lines of that protein + starches = bad
protein + veges = good
veges + starch = okay
fruits should be eaten alone.
Take it for what it’s worth. I haven’t seen much research to back it up. The auther had major allergies and digestive problems and he said that this was the best for nutrient absorption. I think it also had to do with acid/base balance. Idk…
