Hi Paul, I saw in your response to another question about not pinning your shoulders back during pressing and I noticed CT say something similar in one of his bench press videos. I was wondering if you could elaborate on this since its really the first I’ve heard of it. I always thought that during a bench press you “put your shoulders in your back pocket” to use your phrase. Is this for shoulder health reasons or is it just better for chest hypertrophy? Could you give a quick rundown of proper bench press technique? Thanks in advance!
