Prop / NPP (1st Cycle)

Sorry guys, I'm sure you all get sick of helping us noobs lol

I am 27. 5 foot 6" and about 183 pounds. Been seriously training natty about 6 years. I think I'm like 11% body fat.
I want to do a little bit of lean bulking but really want to recomp. Not necessarily looking for 25+ pounds gained. I'd rather gain 10-15 and be decently shredded. Quality is more important for me right now. Diet is on point.

I'm a visual person so I made a spreadsheet detailing my plan and attached a pic.

Basically, here's the breakdown.
8 weeks - I don't want to go any longer than that for my 1st
125mg T Prop EOD (last jab is Thurs of Week 8, PCT starts following Mon)
100mg NPP EOD (last jab is Tues of Week 8, PCT starts following Mon)
6.25mg Aromasin ED
HCG blast 500iu ED for 2 weeks (Weeks 6 & 7, last jab 1 week prior to PCT)
PCT consists of Aromasin 25/12.5/6.25/6.25 & Nolva 40/40/20/20

I plan on giving myself a little room with the Aromasin during the cycle... meaning if I start feeling too lethargic, etc, I might ease up. But right now I'm planning on 6.25 ED. Also will have some extra Nolva to use in case of flare ups.

I've read so much conflicting shit on HCG, but the best source I found mentioned blasting 500 ED for 2 weeks straight, then allowing a week for it to clear before PCT.

Also I cut the NPP out a few days earlier than Prop to let it clear before PCT, since I've heard it can shut you down pretty bad.

I'm pretty set on using the shorter esters... I'll just have to deal with the extra jabs and the pain from prop. I'd rather do that my first time than have something sitting in my system for any longer than necessary.

Oh yeah... also, I know running Aromasin on cycle will not maximize my gains, but after having read how effective it is - and also given that I'm more interested in recomp - I think it's the best choice.

I would stick with using Only test p if its first cycle… U might get prolactin sides from npp… get caber or something if u are set on using npp.

Cool, thanks for the feedback.
So… we can take this in 2 directions…

First, say I just run prop for 8 weeks. Do I keep everything else the same as what you see above? Just omit NPP?

Second, say I stick with both prop & NPP. I’d just add 0.25mg caber e3d. Would you change anything else listed in the original plan?

Two thumbs up.

Everything looks good with the cycle… If u omit npp, maybe increase prop dose. I have read that .25 caber e3d is enough…

Sweetness.

Since I’m wanting to remain pretty conservative with the cycles I run anyway (at least at first), I’ll probably opt for Prop only the 1st go, and up it to 150 eod.
