I was running intervals yesterday and toward the end of my first high intensity phase my calf cramped up. It cramped so hard that I couldn’t continue. It has gotten better since, and I could walk and I could bare weight, but it still feels like its cramping. Has this happened to anybody?
Yep, sounds like your low on water or potassium. Just give it some good massages and stretches post.

Something similar happened to me, I foam rolled it and it got better very fast.
Bananas. eat them. Potassium relieves cramps.
