I’m really enjoying your best damn high volume plan. Feeling great and recovering well. Just wondering whether I should be focusing just on progressing in weight on the main compound lifts or both those and the isolation lifts?
During the third block I think it was… It felt strange only doing 4 reps on the isolations exercises for week 1. Then it kind of threw me off, as just doing 4 reps on the isolation exercises was hard to determine the RPE scale, and I had to lower the weights for the coming 2 weeks.
