I've been out of focus with training recently and am making an effort to really have clear goals over the next few months. I was thinking about setting up my next training cycles as follows
Week 1-6, TUT, and max pump focus so growth factor training possibly
Weeks 6-10 high intensity focus so dc style training or layers
Weeks 11-16 high frequency focus (look like a bodybuilder) first week being an easy week intro week as a deload.
Weeks 17 onwards, either single body part spec training or if I feel I need to lean up a bit 4 weeks of density training focusing on carries and overall density
Would you say these are in the right order? Max pump-Intensity-frequency/performance-density
Or would you change anything around for best results.
