Good afternoon coach ! Im trying to get stronger on compound movements so i was checking about strength programs and found your article “The ultimate cluster training program”. I loved the work you did in that article, i liked a lot the concepts of clusters sets and the principles of the program and decided i would give it a try but i noticed that it doesnt say how to apply progressive overload (Ex: after finishing Block 1, add 10lb to lower body movements and 5lb to upper body) Do i have to use the same 1RM during all the program or how do i progress? I hope you can answer my question because i truly loved the program ! Have a nice day coach !
