Progression of 5/3/1?

I just want to make sure I have this right. Lets say my max for the squat is 385, bench is 255, deadlift is 405, and press is 160. Do I add weight to these maxes after each cycle and calculate my weights for the next cycle? or add 5-10/10-20 lbs. to the weights that were calculated for week 1?
