Progress Volume?


If everyone is different then volume will progress at different rates. If you're relatively new to the weight training game then you need advice on this matter. If volume is like effective dose then volume only needs to progress enough to cause an adaptation.

Does "The Westside Barbell Book of Methods" by Louie Simmons talk about how much volume to use and when to add volume? It's on the amazon wishlist. From what I understand it's a template.


what's this doing in bodybuilding?
