Donât mind me man, it just struck me funny.
The consensus seems to be just to âeat moreâ, however, I think we could better assess your situation if you posted your workout, in case anything major is being overlooked.
Yea, like everyone else says, keep eating. Iâm the same height as you and 220 and Iâm not that big at all in my opinion. I started out at 180 and thin, not sickly thin but no muscle. So I guess it depends on certain things. But believe me, at 200lb you wonât look âdisgustinglyâ big.
