Hey guys, just posting some progress pictures. Been lifting seriously for about 3 years. In the picture where I'm laying down I'm about 160 lbs, but started lifting a year before that when I was about 150. The other pictures are today, and they are cold, and I weigh 173 lbs. I'm 20 years old and have taken up a steady, clean bulking stance. Currently dealing with some lower back/spinal issues, but I've been working around them. Sorry for no back pics, it's awkward as hell trying to take a picture of your own back.
