Week 6 seeing noticeable differences in physicue. Doing the following weights currently for 5 sets of 5 using the strong lifts 5x5 workout app.

Squatting 210 pounds
Deadlift 240 lbs
Bench press 155 lbs
Overhead Press 80 lbs
Barbell Row 135
