So this christmas I decided that it was time for a change. I was a skinny-fat 220lbs with no muscle definition to speak of, except a little on my legs. I’ve been active all my life, lifted on and off since I was 15 (now 26) but basically hadn’t exercised for 4 months at that point.
I went back to the gym - didn’t have a program but I figured it was a good first step just getting back to it. I basically dicked around for a couple of months - no progression really since I didn’t have a solid plan. Then I found this site and got inspired. Started eating and lifting right.
I’m now just shy of 235lbs with little added fat compared to 2 months ago. I finally have some lats (always had invisilats) and musculature coming up in my back. My work capacity is through the roof compared to what it used to be.

It’s bench day and I feel amped. New record will be had today.
Thanks T-Nation for inspiring me to kick my ass to a new level. Still a noob, but a noob going the right direction now.
