I’m on my 4th week of weight training. I lifted some weights freshmen year in high school but only for about a month and just threw around weights like most young kids do. Now I’m 23 182lbs and 6’2" with around 14-15 bf%.
Mondays workout was as follows:
Flat Bench - 185x5
175x5
180x5
175x5
190x5
Shoulder Press - 95x10
100x8
95x6
Close Grip Bench - 115x5 (underestimated myself)
145x5
135x5
140x5
140x5
Todays workout:
Power Cleans - 135x5
140x5
145x5
145x5
150x5
Bent Rows - 125x10
135x8
145x6
Wide Grip Pullup - 3 sets until failure
Spare my workout plan because it isn’t one that is on this website, I may switch soon anyway once I get a hold of a gym membership or more equipment. What I’m really asking is if my stats sound descent for a month into training? If any tips or advice can be given I’d really appreciate it.
