Oh and by the way, 20-30 pounds on you would still not be that much. Aim for more. Basically, as much as you can.

You’ve obviously reached your peak man. You’ll need roids to put on any more serious size.

Kid - just train, read and eat - no need to post pics of non-existent progress. Train hard and learn everything you can, while eating everything in site for a solid year AT LEAST - then post some pics…

That is JoeSchmo. He started training around your age. I suggest you follow his example.

Eat lots of healthy food, take up sports, set personal goals for yourself, and start learning the basics of strength training.

Look through all of the threads he has made, particularly the early ones.

Learn what you need to do.
