Programming with Martial Art

Hi Jim, I will start doing muy thai 2 times a week next month. If I were to have 3 days at the gym with that, what kind of program would you recommend? My main goal in the gym is to keep increasing my squat and deadlift.

I train Brazilian Jiujitsu 2x/week and do this program right now. It’s designed as a 3x/week program. But following Jim’s 2x2x2 principle, I do it on Mondays and Fridays, instead.
