Programming Volume Day

It has many variations.
I used to do 1 rep with my 6 RM every 30 secs OR 2 reps with my 6 RM every 1 min.
I used it for 30 mins though. As for anythimg with training, you need to experiment to know what works for you. But that machine feeling hit me on the 20th minute or so. A really awesome feeling :ok_hand:
