Programming Rep Schemes (from 22 Proven Rep Schemes Article)


My apologies if this was answered in a previous post, but how would you cycle/program the different rep schemes, for say, strength, in a training cycle. For instance, if I wanted to do one strength lift a day (bench, squat, deadlift, or ohp) and do that per week (for 4 to 6 week cycle) how would you program the rep schemes that you described in your article?

Week 1 Monday - Bench - 3/2/1 Wave, Week 2 ramp to 3RM, etc…
