Programming Behind The Neck Presses

Coach -

I want to drop the flat bench press for a while and make the behind the neck press more of a staple in my program. I have really good mobility and stability in the shoulder/upper back area. Plus I love lifting overhead and it has direct carryover to all my other pressing movements.

How would you program it into the current program I am doing?
What type of sets/reps/progression do you recommend for it?

This is sort of where I was thinking of placing it. I appreciate any input, thanks Coach!

UPPER DAY 1
OH Press - 5x5
Incline Bench Press - 350
BB/DB Rows, Dips, Chin-Ups, Curls, Face Pulls - 50-100 total reps each

UPPER DAY 2
OH Press - 4x8 or Push Press - 5-8x3
BTN Press - ?
BB/DB Rows, DB Bench Press, Pull-Ups, Curls, Face Pulls - 50-100 total reps each

No need to do two overhead presses really. Drop the OH press if you’re going to focus on the PBN.

How I did it was to usually work up to a heavy triple or set of 5, then do a back off set of 12, then a back off set of 20 or so. That was my staple.
