Programme for Strength AND Musclemass


Hey Guys,

what do you think would be the best programme to gain Strenght + Muclemass ?

I am interested in good programmes mixed of both,

Doing lots of years only bodybuilding methods in a natural way (upto max 5 reps) and also gain some musle but now I think I am on a plateau where no mass will gain so normally what to do - best way to increase the strenght, what do you think ?
