Hey, everyone I was hoping you guys could recommend me a program that you found successful. I’m currently doing HS100 but i’ve decided to stop and try something new. I’d like to concentrate on improving my strength in bench,squat and sumos and to a lesser degree improve my pull-ups and dips.
So basically a pretty well rounded program. Some of my stats are: 6’ 190lbs 19y/o 12%bf training for 3 years and I am currently bulking. My diet and supplementation is in check and I would like to train 4-5 days a week. Thanks for any help. RATM
