I know that body parts can be focused on during training cycles so that they are brought up to par with other parts, but I’m wondering to what extent can this go? I was looking on Dr. Hyght’s site and he designed a program for someone (Jacked Chest and Shoulders) that had his client doing chest/shoulders 3x a week. I don’t know if that is too much or not and if Cressey would be having a hernia over such shoulder frequency! Any thoughts?
