Program Selection

My question is: Which T-mag programs have you had the best results with??? Rank 1-3.

I am getting ready to change my current progam:
day 1 upper
day 2 off
day 3 lower
day 4 upper
day 5 off
day 6 lower
day 7 off
repeat

I currently weigh 152lbs at 5’8" with 12% bf.
Most exercises are compound but no olympic lifts. I would like to get to 165 with about 10-12% bf. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I have had great success with ABBH 1&2. Westside for Skinny Bastards would be a very good program and I plan on starting it in about four weeks. I would recomend any of those three especially the ABBH.
