Program?'s & Eat Eat...

k im pretty new to this site and have been reading a few articles and am learnin alot that i didnt know. main thing i have learned so far is that my high school weight training teacher didnt know dick. anyway. i read ian kings mass building article and liked the simplicity of the workouts because i am experienced in them all but just have neglectd to keep up on them… plus they can be done at home easily with the equipment i own. i am haveing trouble finding and/or putting together a work out program to go by for these excersizes. is there any links i can look at that can help me put together a schedule? also im hearing alot of EAT EAT EAT… but dont know much about WHAT to eat and whats too much or too little. im slowly starting to understad the p+f and p+c but not sure what foods fall in what category. i know that oats and cottage cheese seem popular… but im a college student and these items arent that available when changing classes. Any recomendations on either of these topics? im sure ill eventually stumble upon somehting on the site that can help me but figured id ask… thanks on advance.
Brett

This should cover most of it. You might look up the protein roundtables as well. Oh, and massive eating reloaded.

I will try and check in later and I am sure others will chime in.

Once again,
Welcome
Hope this helps,
