This sounds a little more like pyramiding than wave loading. Not being rude, just making sure we are on the same page.
Yes this would be fine for a beginner. Although I would warn you that 4 sets of 6 ex. may bring you to the edge of overtraining so beware. Maybe on your iso ex you can back off to 2-3 sets.
Only you know your present level and how much you can handle before overtraining. If it’s to much–skip the iso’s.
This program actually looks like a pyramiding–total body type workout hybrid.
