i would like your opinion
about aprogerm with arep schame
of 4 sets with wave loading like 12 10 8 6 being the rep range for hyperteropy
including 4 compuond movments and 2 isolattion movments. is that good rep schame for hyperthropy for abeginner?

I’d say lower the reps a bit, and maybe cut back on the isolation movements. You really should only stick to compound movements. As a beginner, it’s important to get the basic movements and basic muscle groups developed. Just stick to 4 sets of 8-4 reps. Good luck pal.

This sounds a little more like pyramiding than wave loading. Not being rude, just making sure we are on the same page.

Yes this would be fine for a beginner. Although I would warn you that 4 sets of 6 ex. may bring you to the edge of overtraining so beware. Maybe on your iso ex you can back off to 2-3 sets.

Only you know your present level and how much you can handle before overtraining. If it’s to much–skip the iso’s.

This program actually looks like a pyramiding–total body type workout hybrid.
