Program Recommendation for My Son?

22 years old. 6’1" 170 lbs. Athletic but slim build. Looking to add muscle. In speaking with him, would like a 4 day a week workout. We have a home gym with free weights and a cage. Looking for a good program that will pack some muscles. Can someone suggest a good program? Thanks in advance.

For young, lean, underweight guys trying to gain size, training is absolutely secondary to nutrition. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, 7 days a week for the next 16 weeks. If he can’t stick with that, no training plan will do anything.

Then I was going to suggest Blending Size and Strength like Badger linked to, so yeah. But any well-designed plan will be fine.
