I am 28, 5'10, 190, prob around 20-25% BF. I need help finding the right routine to start back into working out. This isn't a new years resolution idea, this is me being a lazy SOB for 6 months and not going to the gym.
I am very weak in the gym it would seem as my 3 rep maxes look like this:
Dead Lift 235
My Issue is, I start back at the gym, I set up a west side template (thats what i learned on) and i beat the shit out of myself on the first work out and dont go back for weeks.
Would I be better off just building my strength back up using SS or the like? Any help would be appreciated.
