Well i've been doing a max effort and dynamic effort days for a couple of months with nice progress. But im not real happy with my deads Inormally do them on leg days which doesnt seem to be working. So my thought was to replace t-bar rows with deads on chest days in the following order heavy chest light deads/ light chest, heavy deads
any thoughts on replacing t-bars with deads. Im not convinced this is the best course to go.
