I’m kind of in a difficult situation with my new job and coming up with a workout program. I have used all sorts of programs from the authors on this site over the years.
My problem right now is that I am in a fire academy for a local agency and they require that we do both weights and cardio each day (Mon - Fri) first thing in the morning. But with that in mind I have to have something left in the “tank” for later in the day doing drill ground activities.
Any help or input anybody has will be appreciated!
