'Program' for General Strength Gains?

Just an update for anyone that cares, I bought 5/3/1 last night and I’d read it by this afternoon. It’s definitely the best thing I’ve done for my training so thank you to everyone who suggested it. Funnily enough some of the things I tried to program myself can easily be done with 5/3/1 in a much better way.
