Program for Antagonistic Supersets?


I did some research, but the majority of articles I found were CT discussing pre/and post fatigue supersets. I was just wondering if there were any T-Nation authors with programs that focus on another type of superset.

Does anyone know of an article/program that is focused around antagonistic, opposing muscle group supersets (each workout)?


I read the "training strategy handbook" article as well, while I used the T-Nation search

This refers only to the differences in split and TBT training in regards to powerlifting and how bodybuilding splits differ from athletic training and powerlifting. Not exactly what i was looking for

If anyone has anything pertaining to the above question I would greatly appreciate a link/response..
