Program for a +50 YO Man

Dear Christian,

I would like if you could give some tips to my father, who is 50 years old about bodybuilding. He is a beginner into weight-training and bodybuilding. What would be a good split for him?

I hope you can provide me with some great information, how I can help him getting started, and that I can keep him excited about it.

There're plenty of articles and workouts on this site, but I can't figure out, which one to give him.

What kind of condition is your father in? I think it would help to know if he’s just starting, or if he’s been doing a basic routine for a while, or what?
