I’m just about to finish Ian King’s “Super Strength” program in 2 weeks. I’m wondering what program to do next. My main goal is to increase my maximal strength, but a little size wouldn’t hurt either. I’m still a newbie, I guess. I’m really interested in CW’s programs. Which one would you guys recommend next? ABBH, TBT, TTT, Big Boy Basics or the Waterbury Method?
