Program After Break


I was on 531 program since May. This last month I havent been lifting properly cause of school and blah blah blah and I've def. lost some strength. I was wondering if you guys have any programs you recommend to start off with? Or should I just jump back into 531 with lower maxes?


Lower your training maxes 10%, then start back on 5-3-1. A month off really isn't a big deal.
