Currently looking for suggestions on my next workout program. I would like to continue to get stronger while improving my cardio and athleticism a little bit. Im currently 5’9 205 approx 20 percent body fat. I was looking at gzcl program or the juggernaut training system. Thanks in advance!

Dafuq does that matter? You can take a look at a program and judge it accurately enough.
