I am 19 years old and I used to play many type of sports when I was in high school. I am in 2nd year right now and kinda confused. I am following some bodybuilding plan on BB.com for about 2 months now and I see I am making some real gains in my physique, but not much in my strength.
I heard some people say that I should choose powerlifting as my basic type of training to build a strong and healthy body first, then my physique will eventually look good after that. I am so confused right now and I need some advices.
