drug free forever- protien, creatine some times height: 6'4" weight:18yrs old- 190 21yrs-210 27yrs-225 34" waist in highschool 36" waist at 27yrs. bench: 315lbs x12 (1 set) pull ups: weighted with 45lbs x 10. (1 set) curls straight bar: 185lbs x 2. flies :85 lbs x 3 incline bench: 275 x 8 squat: 315 X 10 - hate legs soulder press- 225 x 1
Have yet to see anyone natural, even roided, bench twice their weight.
