I know there are entire threads dedicated to your training, but I wanted to focus on what you eat. What works for you and what doesn’t. I know you have talked about food many times, but detail for us what you consume. You’ve mentioned many time that you prefer beef and protein shakes…what else do you eat? Do you even bother with eating certain foods at certain times of the day or do you just concentrate on getting the calories in any way you can? The more details the better. Thanks.
