I have a problem thats keeping me from squats. I get an extremely tight feeling in my upper/inner hamstrings, almost in the inside of my legs near the glutes. After even one warmup set, they feel completely exausted, shakey,tight almost to the point of pain in the muscle(s). It could almost be described as an extremely sore D.O.M.S. feeling.Nomatter how much,or little I stretch before,during,or after my workout the same problem happens. I only have this problem during squats and leg curls. I just attempted another unsuccessful leg workout,and needless to say Im pissed off.
