Hi. Some advice please. Whenever I do rope lat pulldowns or straight arm lat pulldowns, my triceps fatigue before my lats do. How do I prevent this? thanks,
I think the key is not to use those exercises by themselves, but instead as part of a superset. My triceps are still sore as hell the next day, but so are my lats.
focus on not changing the angle of your elbows during the movement. This should help some.
