Prioritizing the Weak Leg

Christian Thibaudeau,

Ever since I broke my right leg (about two years ago), I’ve felt weaker on that side, and have had some recurring mobility problems. I decided to try pistol squats today to see if there really was a large difference and can do 6 with my “good” leg and 0 with my previously injured one. I am planning on taking the summer to focus on bringing up my strength in my right leg. Here is my plan. Do you have any suggestions?

“A” Day
light oly technique work
Bulgarian Split Squats 5x5 (double progression start with weaker leg)
Bench 5x5
Rows

“B” Day
light oly technique work
Single Leg RDLs 5x5 (double progression start with weaker leg)
Press 5x5
Chin ups

I also do some running, rowing, airdyne, and/or bodyweight stuff after strength work.

Any advice would be very helpful.
