Primer 52 - How to Adapt to 3 Full Body/Week

Hi, Christian,

I was looking for a program to maintain muscle and even gain some strength (although 44 yo already) without compromising longevity and health, and am very impressed by your Primer 52 program. But I can’t really figure out how to compress it into 3 full-body workouts a week with this cycling of the nutrients and fasting. I am following basically your programs for EOD/whole body with some metcon at the end, currently working out in the 6 rep range, and would really like to keep it that way, works great for me…
