I just went through your Primer 52 article twice and find it very interesting. I really want to try it by slightly tailoring it to my situation, if you don’t mind.
My question is if you’re a bodybuilder and doesn’t really care for strength days. In that case how many extra mTOR days can be added without screwing up the structure of Primer 52 plan? The goal is recomposition.
If it’s not much of a hassle to you, could you give a general layout of Primer52 days for strictly bodybuilding purposes?
