A lot of things are made up of primary components. Take colors for example. We have red, yellow and blue. When we combine them they make new colors. It’s the same thing with food.
We have our protiens, fats and carbs. We combine these elements to do certain things for our bodies. Now we all have different bodies and different diets to accompany them. So different things work for different people.
My question is, when it’s time to diet down for that lean shredded look, what does your diet look like? What is your day to day meal plan? When you go shopping for food, what are your primary foods that you always use, or even your primary supplements?
