other than not lifting weights, is there anyway to prevent more stretch marks? i've been using aveeno lotion to fade away teh stretch marks i already have but if there is anyway of reducing the chances of getting more..i'd like to know
Lotion, staying hydrated, plenty of balanced good fats and not getting bigger.
Try cocoa butter or shea butter... These are said to have such effects and reccommended for pregnant women... They may work for you as well
yea i have 1 in each armpi, well in the crease of my shoulder, on both arms, look like worms wtf lol
