i bet you weigh like 170lbs but have a chest like arnie!!! you’re fucking lucky dude. lately i’ve been doing high high rep low weight because i don’t want to get to bulky or big and have downward pointing tits.

read the gyno thread in t-cell, you can do a few things to help/mask the bitch tits but i’m not aware of any exercises that target fatty puffy nipples specifically.

maybe eat yogurt and do cable cross-overs?

maybe you need a kick in the daddy bag.

I would venture to guess the OP to be referring to something like this:

Or carrying more mass on the lower chest all together. It’s not necessary a lack of muscle problem, it’s a lack of proportionate muscle. And although it’s genetic, chances are you’re not helping it.

You need to focus on inclines and get a serious mind-muscle connection with them. Go all Dr. Clay Hyght and seriously don’t care about weight on the bar. Just focus on feeling the upper chest work. You can even do sets of Hyght Flies before your incline pressing as a preexhaustive measure to increase the overall “feel.”
