Pressing Program

Ok I need a pressing program I am doing johnnie candito 6 week program for lower body and I want to do one bench press day one OHP strict day and one event day including log press can someone help me make a pressing program or show me one thank u

Just replace bench press with incline press and for overhead pressing clean the bar then strict press as normal. Ive found that strict pressing helped my jerk/push press more than jerking and pushing…haha
